It can be stressful and hard to find the right swimwear, since it bares all and you want to look your best. There's a variety of swimwear to choose from, each accentuates and hides different areas. Some varieties include bikinis, tankinis, bandinis, camikini, maillots, and boy legs.

Bought these after foot surgery and broken metatarsal in foot. They are a little strange to get used to, However soooooooo worth it!!! My hips used to hurt so badly, these shoes force you to stand straight and keep your hips and body aligned properly. What an amazing feeling....I can stand for hours and not feel fatigued. Definately watch the training video that comes with the shoes for great tips on how to use. This is the most expensive shoes I have ever bought. If they come out with some cute clogs, I'll gladly spend it again. Note: The podorthist said she has been wearing hers for over two years and they still looked great and continued to do the job!!

I am always searching for a pair of good walking shoes. Since I have flat feet, it is important that I wear proper shoes that will help me walk longer distances. I first saw these funny and interesting looking shoes on the feet of a shop floor assistant. I asked her about the shoes and she explained how she spends long hours standing and walking, and had reached a point when she was ready to quit her job. Then she discovered MBT, and she said that they helped her a great deal. I was a little skeptical when I heard her story, and decided to look it up on the Internet, and went to a couple of shoe stores to check out. Everybody gave very good references. I decided to give these shoes a shot and got a pair. The minute I wore these shoes, I felt the difference. I had ample padding and cushioning for my feet. I decided to buy the shoes, and on the very first day I walked about 3 miles...an unheard of thing for me since my feet start to hurt after a mile. It is has been a week since I got these shoes. I feel a bit sore, but it looks like this is an expected by-product. The bottom-line is that I am able to walk longer distances. I need to go back to the shoe store to have them check my gait, and improve it. This way I will be able to get the full benefit of these shoes. They are a bit expensive, but worth it since they improve your quality of life.

It's about 22 inches in length (depending on how you trim the skirt) this lure is an absolute MONSTER. Its the biggest lure we run on Bite Me here in Fiji and is in fact even larger than some of our teasers.

When we fish heavy tackle and troll lures for marlin, this is our automatic go to selection for the short corner position. Its a pusher style concave face lure which really punches its way through the water and repeatedly dives well under the prop wash. Its serious weight and length makes it stable in all weather conditions and therefore easy to run. No fiddling about trying to find the working tow height and drop back length just put it where you want it and it will smoke a big and I do mean BIG bubble trail up and down through the wash. Tips I would not run this lure on anything less than one of our 80lb bent butt chair rods. Unbelievably, this lure has drawn strikes from fish as small as 150lbs. Just because a grander doesnt climb on every day, dont be tempted to change down to a smaller sized lure. This lure is as good as any teaser in the wake and will draw in all sizes of marlin. Run it as a teaser but be prepared for something huge to climb on board.

These insoles are so comfortable. Even on long walks, my feet don't hurt. I don't know about the anti-cellulite aspect, but they would work for anyone who is on their feet a lot.

Cook the rice the day before and store in a sealed container or bag. It is the same premise as making fried rice - chilled rice is what works! When you get ready to mix, blend the rice together. It will be sticky and that is exactly what you want.

Important note - all this is needed is 2 - 3-teaspoons of seasoning. The dried soup mix is not the package size that serves 3 -4 people. They are one serving size packages. Any brand or any flavor will work and this is important as not all brands are available nationally. Dawn uses Knorr or MBT beef broth flavor.In a pinch, you can use the packets of seasoning that come with the Ramen noodles.Remember though they are high is sodium if that is a diet consideration. You can also use dried soup base mix - just do 2-3 teaspoons, or adjust to your taste.

I bought my MBT's 7 months ago and the bottom rubber around the toe is lifting. I contacted MBT and they informed me that since they are over 6 months old (exactly by 3 weeks) I needed to contact Resole America who can possibly repair the shoes. Mind you, I paid $244 dollars for these walking shoes. Resole America ask that I send a picture which I gladly did. Well, I was told these "walking shoes" should not be worn in water or dirt and that my shoes could not be repaired by them. Come on, you spend $244 on a pair of "walking shoes" only to find out when you have a problem that there is an underlying stipulation that you basically can't wear these shoes outdoors? I'm disappointed that I'm having trouble with MBT to stand behind these very expensive tennis/walking shoes. Buyer, beware!

I waited for years to afford these shoes and FINALLY got them for my birthday and was oh so excited to finally get my MBT shoes! Well in all honesty, I love the sole design and how the spine is instantly put into alignment...that part is great. The things I do NOT like: The toe box is narrow and my toes feel like they are too tight in there although the shoes are plenty long enough. The uppers are thick, stiff leather which should wear for years but does NOT break in to allow them to conform to feet enough to be comfortable. They are extremely HOT which may be ok for cold winter months but that's only a few months of the year. I actually got mine in February and they were too hot by April and I live on the North-West coast of United States where our summers are in the 60's! The inside/liner is flat with NO arch support and very hard. They are really NOT comfortable to me. I am completely into fitness and anything that is good for the body so the idea of MBT was very appealing to me. These shoes could be SO much better if the upper was designed more comfortably. It would also be a plus if they actually LOOKED GOOD as well! I would have to say that the narrow toe box is probably the worst part for me as I am used to my toes being able to spread out enough so as not to feel claustrophobic in a pair of shoes.

Given the fact that I have found over 15 different items out there that offer solutions for either hiding bra straps or stopping bra straps from sliding, I would say that we are not alone in failing to find a solution through conventional expert advice. So, with all the choices available today, how do you decide which one to choose? It may not be as simple as it seems. Here are seven questions to ask yourself to find a product that will work for you.

1. How often do you need it? You may be one of the lucky women who only suffers from FBSS with on rare occasions. With all the different styles of bras on the market, some fit better than others and they never slip, but as we wash them (and for some dry them, even though we are not supposed to) the straps start to stretch. You could use these products to extend the life of those bras that you love and wear over and over again. Or there may be that one sleeveless top you like to wear, but don't really want to show your bra straps to the world!

2. How flexible are you? Many of the products on the market today require you be able to reach the middle of your back to get the product ON and IN place, something most women can't do on their own. However, some of the products can easily slide into place before you put your bra on, or easily slide into place. In other cases be sure you've got someone there to help you.

3. How tight do you want to pull your straps together? Some of these products pull your straps so that they meet in the middle of the back, others allow more room between the straps. What will be most comfortable for you? If you don't like racer back bras or sports bras, you may want one of the products that leave more room between the straps.

4. Plastic or Fabric? The Fabric style of bra strap holders are usually just like your regular bra strap and will leave more room in between the straps. There are also some plastic versions of this same style. Other plastic versions come in a two varieties: a hard plastic piece in a variety of colors that is roundish in shape and pulls the straps all the way together; or a very flexible plastic that is breathable and moves with you.

5. To see or not to see? Most of these products are not designed to be seen and are only meant to go on your bra straps to hide underneath your clothing. However some of the products may work for your tank tops and swimsuits as well and allow you the opportunity to dress up tank tops with some jewelry on your back.

6. How much to spend? The cost on these vary tremendously; some you can buy just one and some you have to buy in packages of 3 or even 6! They range from $3.50 to $15.

7. Are they guaranteed to work? If there was one single solution to any problem guarantees would not be necessary, so look to see if the product is guaranteed for customer satisfaction.

Well this is all for workout styling or did we forget something. Of course, we did - we don't want our balls to be making noise like loose change in our pockets during the workouts nor bloating out like ballons later. So guys the most essential, though nobody will see them - Get a pair of trunks which can hold the loose pieces.
